At the time of this writing non-medical in home care remains an unregulated industry. As you call around you’ll find even the leaders in the industry have only a business license, to claim their right to be in this business.

Bonding, is nice, however does little more than replace items that may be stolen by a caregiver.

What to do then? We at comfort care believe being entrusted with the care of your loved one is of the utmost of a trusted position. Therefore we spend a great deal of time getting time to know each of our caregivers and make them a part of our family. Yes, we do all the regular background checks and additionally do non industry related reference checks.
